Billing Address: Your Billing Address MUST match the address that your credit card statement is mailed to. Failure to
provide the correct information will delay or cause your order to be cancelled. It is Ok to have a different Ship To
address, but the Billing Address Must be an exact match.

We Are Very Sorry, But We DO NOT Ship Our Products  to AUSTRALIA...due to customs difficulties. The Only Exception is Melatonin and Pregnenolone.

Refund Credit Returns:

Refund Credits: Credits for undeliverable products will be given minus the shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns: A refund will be given only for any unopened bottles excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:

• Only Unopened Product or  Bottles will be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the U.S. post office, at the customers expense, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Cancellations - A 20%  administation cancellation fee will be charged on orders cancelled by the customer, unless the item is out of stock and is not shipped within 45 days from date of order.
• Customer MUST call PPI to request a Return Authorization Number , prior to returning any products.
• A credit will be given your credit card; a compensation in products; or a credit will be given to the existing account. This will be determined before the item is returned.
• Credits will be given within approximately 1 week of your request.
  

No refunds will be given if the above conditions are not met.
